All rates are double occupancy per night, except where noted, and are subject to change without notice. A major credit card is required to secure your stay - you may pay with an alternate payment method at checkout. We accept cash, traveler's checks, and most major credit cards.
Check In / Out
Check in is from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am.
Minimum stay requirements vary for our lodging, but a two night minimum stay is occasionally required on weekends as well as on holidays and during special events. Please feel free to call to inquire about your specific travel requests as we can often accommodate other scenarios.
A one night’s deposit per room and any add-ons is required with all reservations and accommodations, with the balance due at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is charged at check-in for only guests of The Lodge, and is adjusted or refunded accordingly after check out. For whole inn bookings or extended stays, a larger deposit may be required.
Because of our small size, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For this reason cancellations must be made seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation charge. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Fourteen days notice of cancellation is required for holidays, special events, and all Lodge bookings; and thirty days notice of cancellation is required on whole inn bookings.
If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
Children over the age of ten are welcome in select rooms in our inn, however, we do not provide a special children's menu at breakfast. Note that children of all ages are welcome in The Lodge.
We are sorry to say that we do not accept pets at the inn. However, we can assist you with arrangements to board your pet nearby.
Parking is limited to guests only as we have only one parking space per room. Please let us know in advance if you will need parking for more than one vehicle.
We are a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in one specific designated outdoor area, and never in rooms or on patios. If evidence of smoking is found in your room, cleaning charges of $300 will billed to your credit card.
We serve a fabulous chefs choice, 2 course gourmet breakfast every morning between 8AM – 9AM or 8AM – 10AM depending on occupancy. For our business travelers on Monday - Friday with notice, we can prepare breakfast as early as 7AM if needed. Please note that breakfast is not included in the rate for guests of The Lodge which is our vacation rental property.
Our rates are based on double occupancy (single occupancy for business rates) and are subject to a 12.325% tax.
Special rates may apply during certain holiday periods or special events. A 2 or 3 night minimum may also be required at those times.
This is our home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. The most recent registered guest will be charged for any missing and/or damaged items.
Items left behind at the inn can be sent to you via mail at your request. The cost of packing and shipping plus a $10 handling fee (rounded to the next whole dollar) will be billed to your credit card.
Gift certificates must be presented at check in, are transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining unused amount on a gift certificate may be used at a later date up to the date of expiration.
Prescott Pines Inn is committed to protecting the environment, the health and safety of our employees, and the community in which we conduct our business. It is our policy to seek improvements throughout our business operations to lessen our impact on the local and global environment by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources; reducing waste generation; recycling and purchasing recycled products; and reducing our use of toxic materials. We believe that as a business we have a responsibility not only to minimize our impact but also to make environmental policy a key and integral part of our business strategy. For us, this translates into two main areas of action and planning.
1. On an immediate level we are committed to day to day practices which will minimize our environmental impact. Examples would be that we recycle glass, plastic, metals, paper and cardboard and that we use energy saving compact fluorescent bulbs wherever possible.
2. In the medium term we are implementing strategies which we see as over and above the basic day to day policies. Examples of these strategies would be the transition of all cleaning products to those certified by the independent Green Seal program.
